YTI Summer Academy
The YTI Summer Academy is a 31-year-old ecumenical program in justice-seeking theological education. Our next Summer Academy will be held July 13-26, 2025. The goal of our Summer Academy is to empower young people by providing space where they can explore their most important questions about both faith and the world alongside youth who share their interests and adults with theological training. Open to those who will be in the 10th-12th grades in the 2025-2026 school year. YTI Custom Workshops
YTI can offer custom workshops of varying lengths at your church or school. We work with you to shape the workshop in response to the needs of your community. All of our workshops are shaped by YTI's mission to share critical theological tools with youth. |
Praying With Our Feet
A four-day travel seminar to Montgomery, Selma, and Birmingham that explores the theological tools of the Civil Rights movement of the 1950s and 1960s and how those tools can help us in the Civil Rights movements of today
YTI Public Theology Internship
YTI scholars who complete the YTI Summer Academy are eligible to apply for the YTI Public Theology Internship, a 10-month online program where scholars receive training in research methods and produce a piece of public scholarship in a medium of their choosing. Those who complete the internship are invited to return for a second Summer Academy. |
